Semester Structure

A development pathway from youth to collegiate.

Athletes are grouped by age and developmental stage so training, nutrition, and expectations meet them exactly where they are.

Ages 8–10

Foundations

Fundamental movement, coordination, and an early love of training. Fun, structure, and discipline introduced through play-based drills.

Ages 11–13

Development

Speed, agility, and conditioning ramp up. Athletes learn nutrition basics, hydration discipline, and the value of consistent effort.

Ages 14–17

Performance

Sport-specific performance training, structured fueling, and recovery protocols. Accountability and goal-setting take center stage.

Ages 18–24

Collegiate

Advanced strength, conditioning, and performance nutrition for collegiate and emerging adult athletes managing their own development.

Fall, Spring, and Summer semesters each carry age-appropriate session times — including heat-adjusted summer scheduling.

Sign-in is brokered by The Unique Scholars Institute. We store no passwords locally and collect no independent PII of minors beyond what the Hub governs — aligned with FERPA and COPPA.
